Services breakdown, minor problems, bumps and scratches, accidents and vandalism workshop visits covered under warranty and goodwill cases, taking more than 2 man-hours [1]
  2 years from first registration, thereafter up to 30 years, from service to service 2 years from first registration, extension of guarantee optionally possible

On-site help
Small on-site repairs up to € 150 incl. VAT (additional materials costs for tyres, batteries, keys as well as service fluids and consumables are excluded from the cost absorption)
Towing to the nearest authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Partner.

Taxi/limousine service/public transportation up to € 65 incl. VAT

Vehicle return service within a radius of 50 km of the Mercedes-Benz Service Partner.

Courtesy vehicle
Courtesy vehicle for the duration of the repair, for a maximum of 3 working days. The customary market conditions apply for this benefit (e.g. co-insurance for rental vehicles). Type of vehicle subject to availability. Not covered are other costs such as for service fluids etc.

Alternative to replacement vehicle: we will provide a maximum of € 400.00 incl. VAT for you and those travelling with you for a round trip to enable the journey to continue by air or rail.
Accommodation (hotel room incl. breakfast) for the duration of the repair, for a maximum of 3 working days, for yourself and those travelling with you.
Return of vehicle
Vehicle return is with collective transport. Depending on the distance to, and location of breakdown/accident vehicle the span of time required may vary. If your Mercedes-Benz cannot be restored to working order within three working days, we will organise the return of your Mercedes-Benz to your authorised Mercedes-Benz Service partner if you so wish.
Organisational assistance
If necessary, the Mercedes-Benz Customer Center will provide organisational assistance, e.g. by procuring an interpreter or legal assistance.
